At four o’clock sharp, that’s 1600 hours in military time.
1600 hours is 4 o’clock in the afternoon. It’s the time when most people are winding down their work day and getting ready to go home. You can hear the clock ticking, and everyone’s counting down until they can clock out. It’s a relief when it finally hits 1600 hours!
