Is Walking 6Km A Lot? [Solved]
Well, if you’re looking to get your steps in, it’s important to find the right speed for you. For most healthy folks, 6 km per hour is a good pace to keep up for a while. But if you’re an elderly person or have kids with you, 3.5 km per hour should be comfortable enough.
I’m gonna walk 6km, no sweat! It’s a lot, but I’m up for the challenge. I’ll take it slow and steady - one step at a time. Who knows, maybe I’ll even enjoy it!
